Set to join the rest of the family that so far counts the 2WD, 4WD and Spyder versions, the upcoming Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera (name unconfirmed) has just spilled its additional horsepower on the Nurburgring.

Dressed in the same camouflage that set the spotlight on its body earlier this summer, when one of the first prototypes smiled for the camera, the production-ready vehicle features a new front bumper with wider air intakes, a rearranged exhaust system, and a large rear wing, all of which will be carried onto the final version.

Joining the list of upgrades will also be a set of bigger wheels, spinning around the improved brakes, suspension revisions, and an extra oomph massaged from the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine. The exact number has yet to be confirmed, but word on the street has it could gain an extra 50 ponies on top of the standard supercar, which would raise the total output to roughly 650 HP.

Chances are the AWD will be dropped in favor of RWD, which will account to the approximately 100 kg (220 lbs) weight loss, and if the previous info turns out to be accurate, then we should expect the Italian supercar in two body styles: Coupe and Spyder.
