Losing control is bad enough in any car, but doing so in an insanely powerful Nissan GT-R can lead to disastrous consequences.

Fortunately, the driver of this heavily modded Godzilla was on the landing strip of an airport, unleashing the full power of his supercar during the ‘Race 1000’ event in Germany, when the unexpected happened, so there was plenty of space to minimize the damage.

Apart from a few visual updates that also include a special wrap, and that turbo’d V6 symphony from under the hood, there is nothing else signaling the presence of its massive output.

However, if the uploader is correct, then this Nissan GT-R has some 2,000hp, which is more power than any of today’s hypercars, including the impressive Bugatti Chiron, allowing it to achieve the best speed of the day, at the show.

The stock Nissan GT-R, which was updated last year, makes 565 horses and 467 pound-feet (633Nm) of torque, from a revised 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, and carries a starting price of $109,990 in the United States. The Track Edition, which will become available in the next weeks, starts from $127,990, while the more insane Nismo costs at least $174,990.
