Our scoopsters have spotted another mystery car undergoing cold weather testing at an undisclosed location in Northern Europe.

To help solve the enigma, our spy photographers told us that at this specific location, they know of two automakers currently testing their vehicles: Citroën and more recently, Qoros Auto, which is a car-start-up created by China’s Chery Automobile Co. and investment firm Israel Corp.

While there’s a chance the prototype could be a new model for Qoros, we’ll agree with our spies that it’s very likely a Citroën and more specifically, the next generation of the compact-sized, C4 Picasso MPV.

Lending credence to this is the fact that certain design elements such as the alloy wheels, the door mounted mirrors and even the window line are typical Citroën traits.

In any case, the next Picasso, which could be revealed as early as the 2012 Paris Motor Show this fall, will use the same platform as the latest C4 and DS4 hatchbacks and of course, share the same lineup of four-cylinder petrol and gasoline engines, with a hybrid model also being a strong possibility.
