Last time we talked about the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Jumper vans, it was in relation to the North American version of the series sold as the Ram Promaster. Evidently, the original European models are being prepared for a facelift that should be unveiled later this year.

These spy shots were taken by Carscoops reader Nicolás, who said: “I just got these pics of (Fiat/Peugeot) Citroen Jumper prototype today at Torino, Italy.

The update, which comes about eight years after the launch of the third generation vans developed in cooperation between the Fiat Group and PSA Peugeot-Citroen, appears to include a new fascia with reshaped lights, hood and bumper, and a different set of lights at the back.

We could see interior revisions and possibly some environmental and gas station-saving changes under the hood as well.
