To answer your first question, yes, that’s the new 2016 Audi A4 sneaking up from behind (notice the Mickey Mouse ear mirrors?), as for the camo’d car, it’s Citroen’s new mid-size van.

This is our second encounter with an actual prototype of the French van that will replace the Jumpy in their range, this time undergoing hot weather testing in Southern Europe.

If you have a strong memory and exceptional imagination, you just might see some styling references from Citroen’s radical Tubik concept, itself inspired by the TUB and the Type H produced over four decades from the late 1930s, outlined on the tester’s body, including the stubby front and upright rear designs.

The Jumpy, or whatever else Citroen may call it, as we’ve heard rumors about the passenger version with seating for up to eight in three rows getting the Tubik moniker, should shed its camouflage later this year or in early 2016, offering both petrol and diesel engine options, depending on the market.
