The new Audi A4 is now available to order in both Sedan and Avant body styles.

The new generation of Audi’s compact executive sedan will be launched initially with two engines, an all-new turbocharged 190PS 2.0-liter TFSI petrol and the 272PS 3.0-liter TDI diesel, available only with the Quattro all-wheel drive system and a Tiptronic gearbox.

The new 190PS 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine features several environment-friendly solutions, including an innovative combustion process which allows the new A4 to achieve impressive results on the fuel efficiency department. The official NEDC consumption of the A4 2.0 TFSI is rated at 4.8lt/100km (49.0 mpg US), with corresponding CO2 emissions of just 109g/km.

“Rightsizing is about striking the perfect balance between vehicle category, displacement, output, torque and efficiency behavior in everyday conditions. Our new 2.0 TFSI is a paragon of Vorsprung durch Technik,” said Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Member of Audi’s Board of Management for Technical Development.

German customers can place their orders from August 13. Prices for the new Audi A4 start at €30,650 (approximately $34,045), with the Avant version commanding an extra €1,850.
