The Huracan wasn’t Lamborighini’s maddest hour, but its sharp looks, aggressive stance and visceral naturally-aspirated V10 are enough to trigger a bone chilling shiver down your spine. Still, Mansory thinks it could be fiercer…

So, welcome to the Mansory Torofeo – a carbon fiber beast inspired by racing Lambos. Mansory devotees (if there are any) are familiar to the tuner’s striking approach – especially as the Aventador-based Carbonado still has the potential of haunting one’s imagination with its sheer exoticism.

That said, Mansory just took its knowledge and understanding of all that’s outrageous and packed it in the “baby” Lambo. As the tuner works with carbon-fiber in its own in-house autoclaves, it has the freedom to come up with anything. Anything!

That’s why the Huracan now comes with a completely redesign full carbon-fiber widebody-kit, with air intakes and other components optimized to channel air around the car, or into the engine. For example, the new front apron redirects air for cooling purposes, a special-developed front lip generates more downforce for better road holding at the limits, while the re-designed rear fascia… just looks mad.

The car’s name – Torofeo – combines the words “Toro” (which means bull in Spanish) and Super Trofeo – the Bancpain racing series dedicated to race-breed Lambos from which this automobile draws its styling inspiration from. In fact, Mansory’s body-kit widens the car by 30 mm in the front and 40 mm in the back, in order to achieve the desired race-inspired look.

As the German tuner puts it, all these enhancements were needed because the Torofeo significantly surpasses the performance of the standard Huracan. As a matter of fact, it doubles it.

To make things more…intense, Mansory rebuilt the 5.2-litre V10 engine with new pistons, connecting rods, bearings, camshafts a water-cooled intercooler and an entire fuel system. Moreover, it added two bearing-mounted turbochargers in order to achieve a mind-bending – get ready for this – 1,232 Hp and an electronically-limited 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque figure, transferred to the asphalt by a set of 9×20 and 12.5×21 forged alloys.

According to its creator, the Lamborghini now sprints from 0 to 100 Km/h (62 Mph) in 2.7 seconds and stops from accelerating at 340 Km/h. The automobile will officially debut at the 66th International Motor Show 2015 in Frankfurt.
