Not too long ago, the automotive world collectively shook its head as footage surfaced of a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster going off-road in the treacherous sands of the Middle East.

While in some regards seeing the Italian monster kicking up dust like a WRC car was cool, the potential damage left us cringing – probably many of you, too.

As we’ve come to expect from the wonderful world wide web, that initial video prompted another to be released of a Huracan lighting up all four wheels in the sand. So now we have yet another clip, this time depicting an Aventador coupe showing off its “versatility”.

The video was filmed during the Corsa America Rally and rather than taking place on soft sand, the shenanigans appear to have gone down on gravel. Throughout, the driver of the Aventador can be heard bouncing off the 8,000 rpm rev limiter all while spinning in circles so much, it would make Ken Block very happy.

Everyone can spend his hard-earned however he wishes, right? Thankfully, it’s not our hard-earned, so, mechanical empathy or not, it does make for quite a spectacle.
