• Jeep offers $500 off 2025 Grand Cherokee with $500 in Monopoly money.
  • Ten 2026 Grand Cherokees can be won through McDonald’s Monopoly game.
  • New 2026 model brings bigger screen, loses physical climate controls.

In a move designed to draw attention to the Grand Cherokee, Jeep has teamed up with Hasbro for a new campaign that lets players claim an exclusive $500 discount. The premise is simple: bring $500 worth of Monopoly money to a participating dealership and the same amount will be knocked off the price of a 2025 Grand Cherokee.

While any saving is nice, it would have been simpler for Jeep to simply knock $500 off the SUV’s price, particularly since this offer is only valid for 2025 models, but we guess the folks at its marketing department know better.

Rolling the Dice with McDonald’s

The campaign extends beyond social media, where Jeep is promoting the offer, to a broader collaboration that folds McDonald’s into the mix. The fast-food giant has revived its long-dormant Monopoly game in the US for the first time in nearly a decade, and this year, ten brand-new 2026 Grand Cherokees are among the top prizes.

Customers buying eligible menu items with peel-off game pieces will have the chance to win one of the SUVs. Each game piece also includes a Bonus Play within the app, giving players a second shot at driving home in a new Jeep.

“Not only can Jeep lovers win one of 10 new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4s by playing the MONOPOLY Game at McDonald’s, but the Jeep brand is also announcing our MONOPOLY Bonus Cash Allowance program for the Jeep Grand Cherokee so anyone can get in on the fun,” Jeep chief executive Bob Broderdorf said.

Jeep has yet to launch the 2026 Grand Cherokee, but it did preview it back in May. One of the teaser images revealed the updated model will sport a new grille, new trim around the headlights, and a different bumper.

Alterations will continue into the cabin and include a significantly larger infotainment screen. The downside is that, by adding this new screen, Jeep has ditched most of the physical climate control buttons and dials.

Powertrain details have yet to be confirmed, but we know a 4xe plug-in hybrid will be among the versions on offer. Some reports also suggest that the carmaker could ditch its long-standing 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 in favor of a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder.
