Sometimes, speed limit signs and speed traps aren’t enough to deter reckless driving. This is why an Ohio father of two young children is making life size cut outs of his kids and putting them up on his yard in order to persuade motorists to slow down. He prints the pictures on a high-resolution printer with outdoor ink and outdoor vinyl he’s also made a cutout of a sheriff’s deputy holding a radar gun.

So far, the interesting tactic has worked and his concern for other children’s safety has led him to market his idea on the net selling cutouts for 60$ a pop. The life-like kids are slowing down motorists but do parents have to resort to their own personal tactics to protect their children? Shouldn’t the police be handling this job? – Posted by Dani
