The two-seater replacement for Ferrari’s 599 GTB Fiorano, which will likely be called christened the F620 GT, wasn’t supposed to come out in the open before February 29, as stated in the company’s teaser videos.

However, we don’t have to wait that long for our first look at Ferrari’s new supercar model as a reader of GTSpirit was able to take a quick shot of the car during what appears to be some sort of a presentation.

The new model adopts a similar design language to the Ferrari FF with curved fenders and a large grille up front, behind which you’ll find what the Italian automaker describes as the most powerful engine ever to be used in a regular production Ferrari.

The new F620GT is believed to share many components with the FF, including an upgraded version of its V12 powerplant.

Ferrari’s new supercar, which will take on the likes of the Lamborghini Aventador, will receive its world premiere at the upcoming 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March.
