The 2015 Ford Mustang has by no means reached its full potential in terms of power or overall performance. Which is why we’re looking at companies like Roush in order to find temporary solutions to this “problem”.

By temporary we don’t mean that you should trade in your Roush Mustang for a GT500 (when it comes out), but you should definitely re-evaluate things as you go along. Still, people at Roush know how to get your ‘Stang to the next level.

With extra aero performance, the Roush Mustang features a different design when compared to a stock model, which is easily noticeable from looking at the bumpers, grille, longer nose, new vents, badges and so on.

So if any of this is sounding really good right about now, you can hit Roush up for an order and get yourself the top of the line Stage 3 performance upgrade which adds a supercharger to the 5.0 V8 unit.

This means you get over 650 HP, and a 3 year warranty in order to settle your nerves down. We don’t know many people who wouldn’t be overjoyed with that much power in a Mustang. It’s pretty much what you got in the 2014 Shelby GT500.

Prices start at $21,995 for the Stage 3 kit, which is almost as much as what you’d spend on a brand new entry-level stock Mustang. Ironic, isn’t it?

You can also add a few optional extras to the RS3 kit such as the body color hood scoop, side rocker graphics, hood graphics, TrakPak 3-way adjustable coilover suspension, 20″ forged wheels with Cooper UHP RS3 tires, 6-speed shifter ball, body side scoop, quarter window scoops and a bunch of illuminated interior bits.
