Teen driver Daniel Pena came up with a romantic (or so he thought) plan to ask his girlfriend Alex to the prom, erecting signs with words along a road.
Oblivious to her boyfriend’s setup, she missed the first crucial sign that had her name on it, but caught the other ones that read:
“Will…You…Marry…LOL…JK…Go…To…Prom…With…Me”.
Her response wasn’t exactly what Daniel was expecting, as Alex told him, “That a sh!tty way to ask someone to prom!”. When the teen handed over the last sign from inside the car with a question mark, the young lady put one and one together and burst into tears.
In hindsight, you could say the plan actually worked because she said yes in the end, but then again, why would your girlfriend reject you in the first place?
