Ford will auction a one-off 2016 Shelby GT350R Mustang on September 26 to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

The GT350R will be a one-of-a-kind creation for the Cattle Baron’s Ball Auction, featuring an Oxford white exterior with unique blue stripe and color design.

The blue stripe matches the accent stitching on the interior, which can be found on door panels, seats, center console, instrument panel and steering wheel.

The one-off Mustang also features carbon fiber exterior accents and is the first Shelby GT350R with a Ford Performance Parts rear seat kit. The car will also include Cattle Baron’s Ball “one-of-one” sill plates and instrument panel badging.

“We are customizing this unique Shelby GT350R Mustang to attract the highest possible bids from car collectors and, ultimately, the most money to support American Cancer Society research, programs and services for cancer survivors and their loved ones,” said Hau Thai-Tang, Ford Motor Company group vice president, Global Purchasing and Honorary Chair of the Cattle Baron’s Ball.

Suppliers involved in the project include Carbon 2 Carbon, Detroit Manufacturing Systems, Faurecia North America, HFI, Ice Nine Group, Kay Automotive Graphics, Lear Corporation, Mad Industries, Recaro North America and Schmidt-Bowman Co., Inc.

The car will be auctioned during the live auction event on the evening of September 26.
