If you own an older 911 model and want to bring it up to date, Porsche Tequipment has all you need.

For its 20th anniversary, Porsche’s retrofitting division is showcasing its prowess with a special project for a used 911 Carrera S Coupé (type 991), model year 2011.

Starting from a vehicle equipped with not much more than the standard features, Porsche Tequipment added numerous options in the form of retrofit components that upgraded the car visually and technically.

On the outside, the Aerokit Cup kit adds an altered front end with modified spoiler lip and a fixed rear spoiler with an additional wing profile. The fresh look is completed by features such as the black bi-xenon headlights and taillights in a clear-glass look.

Other visual enhancements include door mirrors in Porsche GT design, a set of new 20-inch wheels in 911 Turbo design and dual tailpipes made from polished stainless steel, which hint at the modifications that took place inside the engine. The production 3.8-liter flat six-cylinder engine gets a 30PS (29hp) boost from 400PS (395hp) to 430PS (424hp) – the same output as the new Carrera GTS.

Inside, Porsche Tequipment replaced the standard seats with sport bucket seats with carbon shells. Carbon decorative trim strips on the dash panel and center console have also been added, while Alcantara elements such as the Sport Design steering wheel and the PDK gear selector lever contribute to the motorsport ambience.

The automaker says any of its 811 Porsche centers worldwide can build a vehicle that is similar to the one created for the 20th anniversary of the Tequipment brand in Zuffenhausen.
