Tuning packages for the Mercedes-AMG A45 are aplenty; now, owners of lesser A-Class models can look to Lorinser for an upgrade .

The German tuning company has focused its attention on the popular A250 model and modified its 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine to 245 hp at 5,400 rpm (34 hp more than stock) and created a massive 96 lb-ft leap in torque to 354 lb-ft.

Performance times haven’t been announced but a significant improvement over the standard 6.4 second sprint to 100 km/h (62 mph) is likely.

Beyond the engine modifications, Lorinser has also created a new exhaust system for the A250 that sees the installation of quad tips. Additionally, there is a subtle add-on for the rear bumper and a number of different wheels options in 18-and 19-inch sizes.

All of the aforementioned parts are available separately, priced at €680 ($752) for the rear bumper, €990 ($1095) for the exhaust and €990 for the engine upgrades.
