The Ferrari 488 Pista is a serious performance car with a silly (for some, at least) name. This imaginary, hardcore Ferrari 812, would also be extremely potent and also wears a less-than-flattering name.

In Russian, Pizda means ‘p**sy’ and in Polish, it means ‘tw*t’, so the 488 Pista certainly caused some giggles at its Geneva Motor Show debut. Dubbed the 812 Curva, the renderings of this extreme model are actually quite convincing but one look at the big rear wing and the vehicle’s name tells you that someone is simply playing an April Fool’s Joke.

You see, the Polish equivalent of Curva is Kurwa and it translates directly to ‘Wh*re’. Could Ferrari ever be dumb enough to do this twice?

Names aside, the vehicle presented is rather intriguing and provides a hint of what a future stripped-down and more powerful version of the 812 Superfast could look like.

A hardcore Ferrari 812 is inevitable

Obviously, there’s no chance Ferrari would sell one of its vehicle’s with such a gargantuan rear wing but elsewhere, some elements are entirely possible. For example, the custom rear diffuser looks perfect for a new 812 variant. The front fascia is also radical enough for such a vehicle. In fact, it’s splitter, canards, and huge air intakes are perhaps a little too wild for a future Ferrari production car.

In the original post over at Gran Turismo Events, a fake quote from a senior sales specialist at Ferrari has been included, taking a stab at Ferrari’s penchant for unveiling new models only to announce that they’re already sold out.

“We love to show things people want to buy, and then tell them it’s already sold out. The best moment is when a customer calls us and wants to order a car. It always cracks us up! The entire sales team in Maranello gets a good laugh!”

Well played.
