Aston Martin has already announced plans to offer an AMR version of every model they make and it appears the company could soon announce the DB11 AMR.

As discovered by Autoblog, Aston Martin accidentally posted a link on the company’s media site to a password-protected page for the DB11 AMR. The link was quickly removed from the media’s site homepage but the DB11 AMR landing page is still functional. Unfortunately, the password protection prevents us from seeing what the DB11 AMR is all about.

There’s no word on when the model will be announced but the existence of the page seems to suggest we’ll be hearing more about it soon. Until then, we can only speculate about the car. However, the Vantage AMR and Rapide AMR give us a pretty good idea about what to expect.

The latter model was recently spotted undergoing testing on the Nürburgring and it featured an aggressive body kit with a new front fascia and a sportier grille. The car also had a front splitter, aerodynamic side skirts and a ventilated hood. Other changes included a modified rear end with a new bumper, an extended spoiler and a large diffuser.

The model was previewed by a concept and it suggested the Rapide AMR will have a modestly revised interior with carbon fiber front seats, Alcantara upholstery and Lime Green accents.

Since the AMR sub-brand is focused on performance, there are a handful of changes under the hood. In the case of the Rapide, the car’s 6.0-liter V12 engine will be tuned to produce 591 hp (441 kW). Aston Martin has previously said this will enable the model to become the “world’s fastest and most thrilling four-door” as it will be capable of hitting a top speed of 210 mph (337 km/h).

There’s no word on how much power the DB11 AMR will have but the standard model offers a twin-twin 4.0-liter V8 with 503 hp (375 kW) and a twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12 developing 600 hp (447 kW).
