If you’re out looking to buy a proper Ferrari and happen to be in UK on May 18th, then you must attend the inaugural ‘Sale of Ferraris’ organized by Silverstone Auctions.

33 Ferraris in total will go under the hammer, including everything from a 2014 F12 Berlinetta to a 1972 365 GTB/4 Daytona.

Speaking of which, the Daytona on offer is one of the only 158 right-hand examples ever made, making it a rare opportunity to own one of the most desirable Ferraris ever made. It’s finished in Argento Auteuil over a contrasting blue leather interior and has covered just 35,900 miles since new. The estimated price? £500,000 to 575,000 ($674k to $775k in current exchange rates).

One of the lowest mileage cars in the auction is a 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta that has covered just 3,022 miles and is finished in the classic Rosso Corsa over a grey/black interior. If you’re after a more left-field choice, there’s a 1984 308 GTB Quattrovalvole that features a period-correct Koenig-style body kit and is estimated at £45,000 to £52,000 ($60k to $70k).

The first UK ‘Sale of Ferraris’ also includes a pair of Ferraris belonging to Jay Kay, frontman of Jamiroquai and avid car collector. The pair consists of a 1998 550 Maranello finished in Grigio Titanio over a Bordeaux leather interior and a 2011 FF finished in Grigio over Cuoio Toscano (tan) leather upholstery.

“The Sale of Ferraris’ is a brand new auction for our 2018 calendar and the cars consigned to the sale are definitely some of the best in the country”, said Nick Whale, managing director, Silverstone Auctions. “This is the sale of the year for any serious Ferrari collector, with a range of cars spanning from the early 60’s all the way up to the latest super cars from the legendary marque.”
