Thanks to our eagle-eyed spy photographers, and Lamborghini’s openness to showcase its development, we have an excellent idea of what the hardcore Aventador SVJ will look like. These teaser does reveal some new details, however.

The fastest Lamborghini road car ever will be introduced at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and we can see that Lamborghini has painted the initial show car in a bright shade of green, perfect for a supercar like this.

In these images, we can see part of the Aventador SVJ’s rear decklid and its towering carbon fiber rear wing. Like the Huracan Performante, the SVJ will use the automaker’s ALA system that funnels air out of the rear wing after it’s sucked in by a huge intake in the center of the decklid, finished in gloss carbon fiber. Due to the inclusion of this advanced active aero, the wing’s design is unlike any other we’ve seen before.

A previous teaser image offered a look at the car’s hood and it’s aggressive design.

The SVJ will make the Aventador SV look tame.

Alongside the overhauled exterior and new downforce-generating components, Lamborghini engineers have outfitted the familiar naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine with a series of modifications to lift power to 760 hp at 8500 rpm. Like all other Aventador variants, power will be sent to all four wheels via an ISR single-clutch transmission.

These modifications have paid dividends for the car as in July, the supercar sprinted around the Nurburgring in a remarkable 6:44.97, making the SVJ the fastest production car to ever lap the German circuit.
