Mercedes-Benz G550 4×4² With 24-Inch Wheels Is A Hit On Instagram

The young, rich and famous have struck again, this time with a customized Mercedes-Benz G550 4×4².

The ride in question, which is pretty much a Mercedes-AMG G63 6×6 with one less axle, is owned by Lil Baby.

You’ll be excused for not knowing who he is; neither did we, until we did some online research, which revealed that he is a 23-year old American rapper born in Atlanta, Georgia.

And like a large numbers of celebrities out there, he has a thing for exclusive rides, with his Instagram account featuring some fast cars, such as the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, as well as a Rolls-Royce Wraith, among others.

Now, back to the G550 4×4², whose blue exterior comes straight from the factory, and was adorned with privacy windows all around. A touch of personalization are the 24-inch Forgiato Gambe wheels with a black and blue theme, shod in 37-inch tires, that were added by the crew at Six10 Motoring.

With his ride ready, Lil Baby (real name Dominique Jones) took it to social media for some much deserved appreciation from his fans, with the image gathering nearly 500k likes in less than 24 hours.

Will never understand why rappers choose the same prefix for their names as many others already have and get the same vehicles that other rappers flex

It’s funny to observe how Merc is turning G into more off-road but customers making it less off-road by fitting it with such wheels. Seems they can’t have an accord.

They could have a Honda Accord but those aren’t exclusive enough… though they make a lot more sense. 😛

Peakcocking with expensive, flashy cars; with big houses; with brands; with education; with college degrees; with nationality; with various kinds of behavioral affect; with job titles… Peacocking is soaked through and through our culture.

He should have waited for latest generation! Interior would’ve been worth it.

    Nice grocery cart.
