The following Lamborghini Aventador SVJ goes to show that you can always make even the most extravagantly styled cars more retina-burning dramatic.

This Aventador SVJ resides in New York and has been fitted with an eye-catching holographic chrome wrap that really makes it stand out. ‘Ordinary’ chrome wraps arguably went out of style a few years ago and making this one particularly interesting is how from certain angles, the chrome shimmers in a number of different colors including shades of purple and blue. Additionally, there are a number of chrome purple accents and pinstripes adorning the supercar’s exterior.

As if that wasn’t enough, it appears as though the owner had a series of subtle colored LEDs installed around the side air intakes and doors to add to the wild looks.

A car like is bound to draw attention to itself, especially in New York. However, if this Aventador SVJ was transported to Japan, it would blend in more easily, as there are hundreds of wild supercars adorned with crazy wraps, flashing LED lights and other custom touches.

While the SVJ is currently the company’s range-topping Aventador-based model, that won’t remain the case for much longer. In late October, Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse racing division teased a new model that will be limited to track use, and feature a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 with no less than 830 hp. Its production will be limited to just 40 units and it is expected to be introduced before the end of the year.
