The Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16V is one of the world’s most iconic hot hatches and a particularly stunning example is currently up for auction.

All Delta HF Integrale models are special and this one is made all the more striking by the fact that the previous owner modified it to look like the Group A rally car that competed in the World Rally Championship.

As such, the exterior of the car has been finished in Bianco paintwork with a custom Martini livery. Rally-inspired OZ Racing wheels finished in white and wrapped in Michelin tires have also been installed, as have four European Rally homologation halogen lights. Viewed from afar, you could be excused for thinking this was a genuine WRC car and not a vehicle that can be legally driven on the street.

The Collecting Cars listing notes that the interior has been reupholstered in Grey and multi-color striped materials that show no marks or noticeable wear. The car is also equipped with an Alpine sound system with an 8-inch subwoofer.

Power comes courtesy of a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a Garrett T3 turbocharger and intercooler. Power is sent to the pavement through a five-speed manual transmission and four-wheel drive. The seller notes that there is a small seep on the main seal but there are no other known electrical or mechanical faults.

The listing also reveals that a full engine-out service was performed in December 2020 and included a timing belt change.
