  • Inspired-by-Cybertruck design can hold up to 20oz of hot or cold fluids.

The way automotive brands and their accessories work is fascinating. Some companies are quite happy to lease out their IP to a range of clothing, watches, or perfumes with just a badge slapped on. Others appear to take pride in designing and offering their fans genuine articles of automotive design translated into everyday products.

Tesla usually leans towards the latter, and has a long history of offering weird and wacky products. Love them or hate them, at least they often manage to nail the overarching aesthetic—particularly when it comes to anything Cybertruck-related.

We’ve already witnessed the infamous (and now recalled) CyberQuad. And last year, China-based cat and car lovers were offered a Tesla-branded Cyber-truck-shaped kitty scratching pad.

If you’re still feeling left out, or don’t have a cat, then the company’s latest listing on their web store may just tickle your fancy: The Cybervessel. And no, it’s not a Tesla-designed boat, nor is it the tradename of the Cybertruck catamaran conversion that has been floated. Instead, the Cybervessel is a new double-walled flask. The word flask isn’t mentioned anywhere on the site, but that’s more or less what it is. It’s also dishwasher safe.

Stanley Mug Not Cool Enough? Here’s The Tesla Cybervessel

Rather than taking the shape of a conventional cylindrical drinks-holding device, the Cybervessel is rather angular, and can hold up to 20oz (591 ml). It features a square-ish top, although it actually takes the form of a truncated octagonal prism. There’s a vacuum seal lid that features a laser-inscribed Cybertruck silhouette and an articulating handle on the top.

Available in either stainless steel or powder-coated matte black, there’s no question which member of the Tesla lineup it draws inspiration from. However, it’s not just form over function, as the bottom appears to fit snuggly into Tesla’s cupholders and is said to be compatible with all of the automakers’ vehicles.

The Cybervessel is available on the U.S. Tesla Shop for $50. If it’s anything like their previous releases, they’re likely to get snapped up soon — although it doesn’t explicitly mention that the flask is part of a limited run.
