- A delivery-mileage Dodge Durango Hellcat recently crossed the auction block.
- Its MSRP of $115,910 was slashed by $28,133, making it a steal for the buyer.
- The final Silver Bullet edition is practically new, still with factory plastics.
Dodge may not be in the Hellcat business anymore, or at least not in a big way, assuming the reports about extending the production of the Durango SRT through the 2026 model year are accurate. You’d think that would mean the remaining Hellcats would skyrocket in price, but surprisingly, that’s not the case.
Instead, they’re taking some hefty depreciation hits. In fact, one example recently dropped around a quarter of its original MSRP, despite being one of the most well-rounded Hellcats Dodge has ever made.

This particular Durango SRT Hellcat recently sold on Bring A Trailer for a mere $87,777. Yes, that’s still a considerable amount of money, but before we start clutching our wallets, let’s break down exactly what that cash is buying you. When new, Dodge had this listed at $115,910. With just 21 miles on the clock and the factory plastic still intact, this example is, for all intents and purposes, as close to new as you can get.
That means the buyer picked it up for 24 percent discount or $28,133 less than MSRP. For that price, they get everything one might want from a Hellcat-powered people mover. That includes a supercharged V8 that makes 710 hp (529 kW) and 645 lb-ft (874 Nm) of torque, an eight-speed automatic gearbox, an electronically-controlled limited-slip differential, and all-wheel drive.

This beast can shuttle six people in comfort, tow over 8,690 pounds, and rocket from 0-60 mph in just 3.5 seconds. It’ll do everything a family could want aside from passing a gas station without stopping to top up.
Here’s the biggest kicker of them all. This isn’t just one of the very many versions of the Durango SRT Hellcat. It’s not even one that’s sat around for years waiting for its greedy dealer to turn down good money for it. It’s a 2025 Silver Bullet edition. In other words, it’s the last Durango Hellcat version Dodge made.
On top of that, it’s still got some of the factory plastic on the seats, so it’s about as new as you’ll get. The commenters in the auction listing even made mention of what a great deal this was. “Wow, this is a steel 87K,” said one. “Definitely a case of Grand Theft Hellcat! Congrats,” said another. I
If you’ve been on the hunt for a ridiculously fast family SUV, you might want to join the Hellcat hunt before these deals disappear entirely.
