- McLaren only built 500 examples of the 675LT, but this is the only one with this paint.
- The red and white scheme is inspired by the iconic Marlboro liveries McLaren used in F1.
- Powering the British supercar is a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 delivering 666 hp and 516 lb-ft.
There’s something about a rare, six-figure supercar that begs for a personal touch, especially when exclusivity is only half the appeal. If you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a limited-run McLaren, it might as well turn heads, right?
That’s exactly what the original owner of this McLaren 675LT thought, commissioning McLaren Special Operations (MSO) to finish it in a custom blend of red and white, for a casual $56,295. Now, that same car is up for sale.

Only 500 Coupe versions of the 675LT were produced, and this one was originally ordered by the founder of Griot’s Garage, the company known for its expansive lineup of car care products. The paint scheme channels the look of Marlboro-sponsored McLaren Formula 1 cars from the days of Alain Prost, Niki Lauda, and Ayrton Senna.
The McLaren 675LT received a tremendous amount of praise when it was launched, taking the already impressive 650S and making it even more ballistic. The 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 was uprated to deliver 666 hp and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque while still coupled to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

This example features lightweight forged 19- and 20-inch wheels that were a $2,850 option. It also includes the optional $4,270 Meridian audio system, a $1,920 electric steering column, and $3,790 electric and heated memory seats.
Understated Inside, Loud Outside
For as flamboyant as the outside is, the interior is very restrained. Most of the surfaces are trimmed in black leather and Alcantara, although there is red contrast stitching. A look at the odometer reveals the car has been driven a touch over 2,700 miles (~4,345 km).
Back when it was new, this 675LT carried a sticker price of $423,615, options included. It’s unlikely to bring that on the used market today, especially since you could pick up a new 765LT for less. Still, if you’re looking to own a uniquely spec’d piece of McLaren history, the listing is live now on Bring a Trailer.
