• Vorsteiner revealed a carbon bodykit upgrade for the Lamborghini Revuelto supercar.
  • The kit features a new carbon hood, splitter, vented fenders, skirts, and diffuser.
  • Full kit costs more than a VW Golf R but way less than rival DMC’s $388K setup.

The Lamborghini Revuelto has attracted the attention of various tuners, including Mansory, DMC, 1016 Industries, Zacoe, and Keyvany. California-based company Vorsteiner thought there was space for another bodykit, so they presented their own carbon fiber bits for Lamborghini’s flagship supercar.

The highlight of the visual upgrades is the redesigned hood, featuring a bare carbon fiber finish. It is joined by a more prominent splitter and vented fenders that make the Revuelto look a little bit more like a Batmobile. The profile features extended side skirts, while the tail has a much larger diffuser. Unlike other tuners, Vorsteiner didn’t add a rear wing, leaving the standard active rear spoiler to do the trick.

According to the company, the Aero Package is not only for show, as it was engineered to “increase downforce, reduce weight, and improve airflow”. All of the components are made of a 2×2 pre-preg carbon fiber weave formed through autoclave tech, which is said to bring a 20-30% increase in stiffness and strength compared to regular carbon fiber.

Another important piece of information for Lamborghini owners is that the Vorsteiner bodykit is installed directly on OEM mounting points. This means that the modifications are reversible, and installing them won’t cause any damage to the precious supercar.

Vorsteiner

Vorsteiner has left the Revuelto’s underpinnings intact, as a plug-in hybrid V12 is not something you want to mess up with. The electrified setup is good for a combined output of 1,001 hp (747 kW / 1,015 PS) right out of the factory floor, thanks to a naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 and a trio of electric motors.

And that leads us to pricing. According to Vorsteiner’s official website the most expensive bits are the rear diffuser at $14,995, and the hood at $11,995. The vented fenders add another $9,995, the side skirts are listed for $9,945, while the splitter costs $6,995.

If you want the full package, prepare to dig deep into your pockets as it will cost you $53,475. This is more expensive than a brand-new VW Golf R, which has a starting MSRP of $47,100 in the US market. Still, it is pocket change compared to the carbon fiber kit by DMC that can cost up to $388,888. At the end of the day, anyone who pays $608,358 for a Revuelto probably has a spare $50k for styling upgrades.
