- Bentley has introduced the new Bentayga Artenara Edition.
- It sports a Mulliner grille, body-color accents, and 22-inch wheels.
- Tri-color interior boasts an assortment of Roque Bentayga motifs.
The Bentley Bentayga lineup is expanding as the company has introduced the new Artenara Edition. The name comes from the village of Artenara, which at 1,200 metres (just under 4,000 feet) is the highest settlement in Gran Canaria and sits near Roque Bentayga, a rock formation that originally inspired the Bentayga name itself.
Looking instantly recognizable, the special edition has a lightly revised exterior with a Mulliner double diamond grille and 22-inch wheels that feature a grey painted and polished finish. They’re joined by Artenara Edition badges, unique welcome light projections, and body-colored accents instead of the usual bright trim.

The Artenara Edition offers eight curated exterior finishes, which are paired with a complementary tri-color interior scheme. The colorful cabin also sports illuminated sill plates as well as a Roque Bentayga motif on the dashboard, seats, and door panels.
Under the hood, two different engines are available including a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 developing 542 hp (404 kW / 550 PS) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. This enables the crossover to accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4.5 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).
Customers can also get a plug-in hybrid variant, which features a 3.0-liter engine as well as a combined output of 456 hp (250 kW / 462 PS) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque. It’s notably slower as the dash to 62 mph (100 km/h) takes 5.3 seconds, while the top speed drops to 158 mph (254 km/h).
The extended wheelbase model is V8-only, while the standard variant offers both powertrains.
Other Updates
Besides introducing the Artenara Edition, Bentley announced a handful of updates to the Bentayga. These changes are minor, but include a Dark Teal paint job as well as a new 23-inch Super Lux wheel, which is available as an option on the Azure, Artenara Edition, and Mulliner EWB.
Last but not least, six new markets gain access to the Bentley Connected Car service. This includes Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, and New Zealand.
