- Hell has frozen over as even Bentley is teaming up with social media stars.
- It worked with Gstaad Guy to create the Bentayga EWB Chalet Edition.
- SUV features a custom paint job, a two-tone interior, and fancy wood trim.
Bentley is jumping the shark and teaming up with an influencer to introduce a new special edition. Created by Mulliner, the model is based on the Bentayga EWB and known as the Chalet Edition.
Billed as the “consummate Alpine companion,” the special edition was created with Gstaad Guy, who Bentley refers to as a “celebrated social media personality.” While most of us have no clue who that is and couldn’t care less, he has 1.7 million followers on Instagram and another 1.3 million on Tiktok. He also seems to make a lot of pouty faces, but the influencer reportedly has “one of the highest concentrations of UHNW [ultra-high-net-worth] individuals in a single audience.”

With that out of the way, let’s focus on the ultra-luxury crossover. It wears an exclusive Light Tudor Grey paint job, which takes over 60 hours to apply. Other highlights include a Fireglow lower accent, Chalet Edition badging, and special animated welcome lights.
The four-seat interior features two-tone brown leather, diamond-quilted backrests, Fireglow piping, and “The Chalet” badging. The latter is echoed on the Liquid Amber open-pore wood dash, where it’s joined by a laser etched version of a cabin.
Designers didn’t stop there as the door and console pockets feature tweed accents. They’re accompanied by special sill plates, brown speaker grilles, and a rear center console. Last but not least, there’s an alpine flower motif embroidered on the headrests as well as the rear seat pillows.
Bentley didn’t bother mentioning performance details, but the Bentayga EWB has a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine developing 542 hp (404 kW / 550 PS) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system, which enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.5 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).
