Forza Horizon 6 has been a long time in the making, and on May 19, it’ll finally be released. Launching on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation 5, the open-world driving game will be set in Japan for the first time and feature the largest car selection in any Forza Horizon game.

Adorning the cover of the game is the new Toyota GR GT, unveiled in early December as the long-awaited halo model from Toyota’s Gazoo Racing department. It shares cover honors with the current Toyota Land Cruiser, with the skyline of Tokyo in the background, as well as the iconic Mount Fuji.

The game will launch with more than 550 cars, ranging from modern-day supercars like the Nissan GT-R Nismo, Pagani Huayra R, and Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, through to JDM icons like the original Honda NSX, Honda Civic Type R EP3, and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII.

There’s also a new R Class for track-focused cars, including the Aston Martin Valkyrie and Ferrari F80. Those who place a pre-order for the game will see a Ferrari J50 added to their garage.

As with past iterations of Forza Horizon, gamers will be able to customize their cars’ looks and even showcase them at famous Tokyo landmarks, like the Daikoku Parking Area, and drive them along the Shuto Expressway. There will also be loads of stunning mountain roads, the kind that led to drifting’s creation in the 1970s.

Developers say the sounds of each car will be more realistic than ever. The map of Tokyo’s urban area will also be five times larger than the urban center of any previous Forza Horizon game, so gamers will be able to drive around the densely-packed city for hours on end without ever getting bored.
