• Chrysler has teased the facelifted 2027 Pacifica.
  • It sports an all-new front end and a familiar body.
  • Minivan could adopt a new 2.0-liter turbo engine.

Chrysler has quietly revealed the first pictures of the 2027 Pacifica, offering an early look at what’s next for its long-running minivan. The company isn’t saying much yet, but a formal introduction is likely just around the corner.

While details are few and far between, we can see the facelifted minivan will adopt an all-new front end that gives off some serious Cadillac and Kia vibes. This is largely due to vertical headlights, which feature angular accents. It’s also worth noting the lights are connected by an illuminated bar, which appears to have a glowing Chrysler badge.

Further below, we can see a slender grille and a larger lower intake. They’re joined by a new bumper, which trades soft curves for angular accents.

While the front end is all-new, the profile appears to carryover untouched. That being said, it appears the minivan will sport updated wheels – at least on the range-topping Pinnacle trim.

Chrysler didn’t show the rear end, but previous spy photos have suggested updates will be relatively minor and largely focused on the liftgate. The interior also remains a mystery, but we’ve gotten a glimpse of a revamped dashboard and what appears to be a larger infotainment system.

The company isn’t saying much at this point, but Stellantis recently discontinued plug-in hybrids in America. As a result, the current model is offered exclusively with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 that develops 287 hp (214 kW / 291 PS) and 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission, which can be paired to front- or all-wheel drive.

While the engine could carryover, it could also be joined or replaced by the new Hurricane 4 Turbo. It debuted in the facelifted Grand Cherokee, where it produces 324 hp (248 kW / 337 PS) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque.
