Costco members across the United States can now knock some money off the price of a new Volkswagen, thanks to a fresh tie-up between the warehouse club and the German automaker. Anyone tempted will want to move quickly, because the promotion runs only through the end of August.
The discounts apply to three specific VW models. The Atlas leads the list, where Costco Executive Members can save $1,250, and Gold Star and Business Members up to $1,000 on their purchase. The Atlas Cross Sport, which shares much of its hardware with the standard Atlas, carries the same savings structure.

Family buyers should probably take a close look at the 2026 Tiguan, too, as the third model with exclusive savings for Costco members. It’s also available with $1,000 off for Gold Star and Business members and $1,250 off for Executive members. Although these savings aren’t absolutely massive, every bit counts.
Those interested in buying one of these models will first need to register at the Costco website between now and August 31. They will then be sent a promotion certificate that can be redeemed at any participating VW dealers. Delivery of the new vehicle must be taken by September 14.
Making Car Buying Easier

The retailer’s auto program was established to help make the process of buying a new car easier, as Costco itself does the price haggling with dealerships. It frequently launches promotional campaigns for different brands, including Audi last year, but generally, these offers only last for a few months. In addition to the current Volkswagen deals, Costco is offering savings on the Volvo XC40, XC60, XC90, EX30, EX40, EX90, and V60 Cross Country, as well as the Chrysler Pacifica and Chevrolet Bolt.
