The holiday season comes with frayed tempers and long lines, so it’s easy for things to get out of hand, as they did in Chile when a minor fender bender turned ugly.
In a cell-phone video that was shared online, we see a Santiago bus driver quarrelling with a group of young men when suddenly, one of them spits on the driver and another smashes his window with a rock.
The driver decides it’s time to move away from the angry men smashing through their Volkswagen Golf hatchback that was blocking the road!
As it turns out, there’s more to this story than what the video is showing. According to Chilevisión, the bus driver previously bumped into the rear of the VW Golf driven by student Hernán Gutiérrez and instead of pulling over, he drove away.
Gutiérrez, who was accompanied by his college friends, then drove in front of the bus and blocked it demanding that the driver wait for the police. The rest you can see in the video that follows.
