For the most part, Renault Twingo series has been a playful little car, and the French have no plans to change this with the third generation model, which as we found out today, will peek out for the first time on Thursday, February 13, before its world debut at the Geneva auto show next month.

As part of its playful nature, Renault says it will undress the new Twingo little by little, every time that someone shares the #UndressNewTwingo hashtag on the web, starting from February 13.

It will be interesting to see how Renault’s Twin’Z and Twin’Run conceptual styling materializes on the production car, as well as how the French carmaker has made use of the shared underpinnings with the next Smart Forfour.

If you recall, both these models will have a rear-wheel drive, rear-engine layout, along with a four-door and four–passenger arrangement inside.
