Parking An Opel Corsa Has Never Looked So Difficult

If you’re up for six grueling minutes of watching somebody fail at parking their car time and time again, by all means, enjoy the show.

When we first came upon this video’s description, which read “6 minutes of total failure”, we imagined it might be a slight exaggeration or that at least the driver gets a shot at redemption by the end of the clip.

But no, we’ve literally just witnessed somebody fail over and over at parking a car with no more than 3.8 meters (150 in) in length, in a spot where you could probably fit a freaking Maybach, judging by how far away that blue car is parked.

We wouldn’t be surprised if at one point you’d start rooting for that Corsa to just squeeze in already, because around the 2-minute mark the woman behind the wheel looks like she’s almost got it. And yet it’s like she’s not able to tell which way her wheels are pointing or how much room she has between her and the parked car.

Of course, we don’t know if this is a case of somebody walking away from driving school without having learned how to parallel park, or if it’s simply somebody who doesn’t have a license and shouldn’t be driving in the first place. What’s your best guess?

To be fair, the Corsa is a BIIIG CAR!

    • Gerald Michael

And it was a very tight spot.

  • Gerald Michael

This kind of sheer stupidity is painful to watch. No wonder the blue car is parked so far back.

  • Arminius

Full marks for persistence and then retiring with some grace. Commendation is due for not hitting either the blue car nor anything else. Marks deducted for damage to the planet from burning fuel unnecessarily. I would willingly watch a repeat effort in another parking slot though.

can i get now t-shirt “i survived watching this parking attempt”?

  • PAn

I think she is an artist and this is visual art.

  • luk
