For most petrol heads, few things sound better than a track-focused/exclusive hypercar in its natural element – and this Pagani is no exceeption.

The Zonda Revolucion definitely looks and sounds better in between the apexes, rather than hanged in someone’s living room as an automotive piece of art. But hey, to each his own, right?

Now, we’re in favor of seeing and listening to this Italian brute doing what it was designed to do. And in the video shared by YouTuber Marchettino the Zonda Revolucion the hypercar is being driven flat-out during the Minardi Day track event held at Imola recently.

Nicknamed the ‘Black Minion’, this Zonda not only looks great, but sounds like it’s possessed by multiple demons, too.

The Revolucion is based upon the wild Zonda R and, like the latter, is a track-only hypercar that weighs just a little over 1,000kg (2,205lbs), features a monocoque made from carbon-titanium and a DRS (Drag Reduction System) on the rear wing.

With 789 HP (800 PS / 589 kW) and 538 pound-feet (730 Nm) of torque produced by the naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 that is mated to a sequential six-speed gearbox, it needs just 2.6 seconds for the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint and maxes out at over 217 mph (350 km/h).
