Need Help With Christmas Presents? Fiat Will Wrap Them Up For You

Most automakers wishes everyone ‘Happy Holidays’ in various ways, but Fiat has found a novel way – at least when it comes to Londoners in need of having their Christmas presents wrapped.

Thus, the car firm has launched an emergency gift-wrapping service in England’s capital, across Zones 1 and 2. Deployed here are four 500 cars, which they call ‘little helpers’.

The service is offered for free and can be accessed on social media by using the hashtag ‘#WrappedbyFiat’, accompanied by a simple statement: ‘Help me!’. In response, Fiat will send one of the superminis to your home, equipped with wrapping paper, rolls of tape and scissors, ready to wrap those last few presents.

“The Fiat 500 is a car that spreads cheer and happiness everywhere it goes, so it’s fitting that it should be there for you to ensure your Christmas celebrations go without a glitch”, said Fiat’s UK Marketing Director Andrea Lo Presti. “With family stress levels reaching their peak on Christmas Eve, gift givers can relax in the knowledge that if they run out of essential supplies, a response team of little helpers is only a hashtag away.”

So, there you have it, central Londoners! If you’re in a hurry, there’s no need to search for the essential gift-wrapping material anymore, as Fiat has got your back with the “Christmas Eve emergency response team” and will gladly come to you with some gift tags, too, if necessary.
