Hyundai recently presented the facelifted i30 to the world and, in the not too distant future, we expect the i30 N Hatchback and i30 N Fastback models to benefit from the same alterations.

These renderings from Aksyonov Nikita show what the new i30 N in Fastback form should look like. Arguably the most obvious design change made with the facelifted i30 are the new V-shaped LED daytime running lights incorporated into the headlights.

They add aggressiveness to the vehicle and perfectly suit the styling of N-branded models. Nikita has also gone to the trouble of adding some other new parts to the facelifted i30 N Fastback, although we’re not sure they will actually make it into production.

For example, there is a sharp new carbon fiber splitter lifted from the i30 N Project C as well as a carbon fiber hood. Additionally, the side skirts of the Project C are visible. Spin around to the rear of the tweaked car rendered and you’ll notice the i30’s new taillights, complete with a V-shaped signature similar to the headlights.

Complementing the visual tweaks made to the facelifted i30 N will be a handful of interior changes, including the fitment of the enlarged infotainment screen just like in lesser models.

It remains to be seen when the facelifted i30 N family will be introduced. However, with confirmation that an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is being readied for the potent hot hatch for later this year, we believe there’s a very good chance the mid-cycle styling updates will be introduced at the same time.
