Chevrolet has published the official pricing and details for the new Blazer in China, where it is offered in five trim levels, including a Redline and two RS models.

Launched with seven seats for now (five-seat version to be introduced at a later date), it starts from RMB 259,900 ($36,732) and goes up to RMB 329,900 ($46,625) for the range-topping spec. In the U.S., the 2020 Blazer has an MSRP of $28,800.

China’s seven-seat Blazer is 4,999 mm (196.8 in) long, 1,953 mm (76.9 in) wide and 1,736 mm (68.3 in) tall. With the second- and third-row folded flat, it offers up to 1,970 liters (69.6 cu-ft) of cargo space. Users will enjoy the MyLink+ infotainment system, with OnStar, Apple CarPlay and Baidu CarLife. It supports over-the-air updates and offers access to real-time traffic and weather, music, navigation and more. The vehicle also features keyless-entry, climate control and a panoramic sunroof.

Assisting drivers are the 360-degree camera system, automatic parking assist, adaptive cruise control, hill descent control, vehicle stability control, roll over protection, electronic stability control and others.

Power is provided by a 2.0-liter Ecotec turbocharged engine that meets the local China 6 emission standard. It produces 174 kW (236 PS / 233 HP) at 5,600 rpm and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque between 1,500 and 4,000 rpm, allowing the Blazer to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 9 seconds. Four driving modes are available in Normal, AWD, Off-Road and Sport, allowing the driver to switch between front- and all-wheel drive with ease. Chevy claims that the 2020 Blazer burns 7.4 l/100 km (31.8 mpg US).
