A rare 2003 Aston Martin DB AR1 is looking for a new home and on course to sell for upwards of $200,000.

The DB AR1 features a Zagato-styled body and was capped at just 99 units worldwide. This example was first registered in California and has also spent time in Florida and Illinois before being purchased by the selling dealer from Waltham, Massachusetts.

The Bring A Trailer listing reveals the car is painted in Tungsten Silver, making it one of just 17 units in this color. A recent Carfax report shows no history of accidents or other damage and it is being sold with factory books and manuals, two Aston Martin umbrellas, protective seat covers, a leather jacket, two binders of paperwork, and a clean Illinois title.

Each Aston Martin DB AR1 model built back in the day was based around the standard DB7 and sports a naturally-aspirated 5.9-liter V12 engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission driving the rear wheels. This engine was good for 435 hp and 410 lb-ft (556 Nm) of torque from the factory.

The listing says this example, which is number 55 of the 99 produced, has just 6,000 miles (~9,600 km) on the clock and earlier this year received a fluid service, including new oil, and a set of new tires. The cabin is clad in lovely black quilted leather and comes with power-adjustable and heated seats as well as a Becker audio system with a six-disc CD changer in the trunk.
