Velocity Modern Classics is a restomod company that has built some incredible vehicles in the past. Now, it’s turned its attention to the Ford F250 and the results aren’t surprising. Under the skin of this classic truck lays a completely modernized chassis and driveline. Buyers just need to pony up $285,000 or more to get on the waiting list.

After building some of the most coveted Ford Bronco restomods for more than a decade, Velocity Modern Classics is now applying its restoration skills to models from Chevrolet, Toyota, and Jeep. The Velocity Signature Series Ford F250 is special though because it’s a complete ground-up rebuild that looks almost stock.

Those who go for the “base” model will get a Coyote 5.0-L V8 with an automatic transmission and an Atlas II transfer case that sends power to all four wheels. Velocity also includes its own exclusive serpentine system, custom headers, a custom exhaust, and a custom stainless steel fuel tank. Wilwood disc brakes for all 4 wheels do the stopping.

The wheels are Mickey Thompson polished units wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. Dana 44 and 60 axles sit at the front and rear respectively. Externally, special California Style side mirrors, chrome accessories, and high-end JW Speaker headlights help this truck subtly stand out.

The cabin is just as nice with its Vintage Air A/C, Alpine BT stereo, Ididit tilt steering column, and full carpet interior. Velocity adds its own exclusive interior with a bench seat, custom floor mats, and Dakota Digital gauges. It might cost a lot but it’s a complete package, to say the least.

Bumping up to the $325,000 Heritage Edition package adds billet and chrome trim, color-matched parts, front and rear sway bars, an upgraded steering wheel, and custom two-tone paint among other things.

The top-end “Custom” build is completely commission-centric and has no price. All builds sit atop a Roadster Shop frame that will provide more stiffness and a better ride quality since it’s fitted with a modern coilover suspension.

Those with the desire and the pocket change to pick up a Velocity Signature Series F250 can reserve one today over on the company’s website. Deliveries begin as early as spring of 2023 according to Velocity.
