Micro has used the Paris Motor Show to introduce the Microlino Lite and Spiaggina concepts.

Starting with the Microlino Lite, the model is billed as a “close-to-production study” for an L6e version of the Microlino 2.0. For those unfamiliar with EU regulations, the L6e class is designed for light quadricycles and their big benefit is that they can be driven by people without a driver’s license.

Micro didn’t go into many specifics, but noted the Microlino Lite features a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h) and will have a range “similar” to the standard model. However, that’s pretty vague considering the Microlino 2.0 offers ranges of 57 miles (91 km), 110 miles (177 km), and 143 miles (230 km).

Besides being slower, the Microlino Lite has a lightly revised exterior with a black front bumper. The model also eschews “infinity” LED light bars for smaller LED lights that are separated by gloss black trim.

The Microlino Lite is slated to go into production in 2023 and prices are expected to be “slightly lower” than the Microlino 2.0.

Microlino Spiaggina Concept Is An Open-Air Throwback

Fans looking for something a bit more fun can check out the Microlino Spiaggina concept, which draws inspiration from the classic Fiat 600 Jolly and Citroen Mehari.

Designed to preview a limited production model, the Spiaggina concept features an open-air cabin and a two-tone canvas roof. The model also sports a blue and white exterior with matching two-tone wheels. Inside, there’s a waterproof cabin with wood flooring and “wave form” stitching on the two-tone seats.
