Few would deny that the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione and 8C Spider are among the most majestic cars launched by the Italian brand in the 21st century and in this day and age where EVs are hitting the streets at a frightening pace, the 8C is perhaps more desirable now than ever before. This particular 2010 8C Spider is one of the finest you’ll come across.

Adorning the exterior of the car is a lovely shade of pearl white known as Bianco Madreperla that looks perfect alongside the 20-inch Grigio alloy wheels and black brake calipers. While red is the color most commonly associated with the 8C, we think white looks just as good and helps to accentuate the key elements like the pronounced hood and the creases running along the doors.

This 2010 Alfa Romeo 8C Spider Is A True Automotive Gem

The car has been listed up for sale through Carhuna which notes it was delivered new in Germany in 2010 before being supplied by DK Engineering in the UK to the current owner. Further adding to the car’s desirability is the fact that it has been driven just 7,780 miles (12,520 km) from new and is one of a mere 17 Alfa Romeo 8C Spiders thought to currently reside in the UK.

The Alfa Romeo 8C was first unveiled to the world in 2003 in the form of a sleek concept. The production model then arrived in 2007 and immediately became a must-have performance car thanks to its use of Ferrari’s 4.7-liter naturally-aspirated V8 also used by Maserati. In the 8C, this engine is good for a solid 444 hp at 7,000 rpm and 354 lb-ft (480 Nm) of torque at 4,750 rpm and produces a cacophony that really has to be heard to be believed. Mated as standard to this engine is a six-speed automated manual transmission with paddle shifters but we’ve been told that DK Engineering is currently working on a manual conversion for another 8C in its inventory.
