Aston Martin is is looking to recruit more than 400 new technicians and its British facilities in Gaydon, Warwickshire and St Athan, Wales to support production of its next generation of sports cars and the DBX707.

In a statement published on its website, the carmaker said it’s in a position to increase its manufacturing workforce thanks to demand for the DBX707 as well as the recent introductions of the new DB12 and 2025 Vantage. In addition, it will introduce other new models this year.

“We are delighted to be able to increase our manufacturing team across both our facilities in Gaydon and St Athan, creating further employment opportunities for our local communities,” Aston Martin chief people officer Simon Smith said. “These 400 agency roles, supporting our production plans and introduction of thrilling new products, are a fantastic opportunity for new team members to join us and play their own part in our iconic brand’s next chapter.”

Those interested in working for the fabled sports car manufacturer can head over to ManPower to view what positions are currently available. Among the key positions open in Gaydon include a body repair specialist, vehicle reworker, auto electrician, and a vehicle paint sprayer, all with salaries ranging from £47,618 ($60,125) – £53,175 ($67,141) and including paid holidays, pension, and overtime. A handful of positions that pay hourly are also available, including production technicians and vehicle trimmers.

The 2025 Vantage should prove to be the firm’s best-selling new sports car introduced this year. It rocks an upgraded 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with 656 hp and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Aston Martin has also made a host of upgrades to the suspension of the new Vantage, beefed up the brakes, and overhauled the front fascia.
