The 2026 Nissan Frontier arrives later this summer and pricing starts at $32,150 before a $1,695 destination fee. That’s $100 more than its predecessor, but the destination charge has climbed $185.
So what does that extra $285 get you? Not much, but the value-focused S and SV trade their old fashioned halogen headlights for new LED lighting units. The SV also gains a newly standard eight-way power driver’s seat and an available All-Weather package. The latter includes a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, a dual-zone climate control system, and a remote starting system.

The Frontier SV also offers a new Dark Armor package that adds a dark grille, mirror caps, and badging. They’re joined by 17-inch alloy wheels with a black finish.
This theme is echoed inside with a black headliner and darkened door handles. Customers will also find dark trim and air vents.
The PRO-X and PRO-4X gain an eight-way power driver seat as well as heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and remote engine start. Buyers will also find a new Citrus Strike paint job, which is billed as a “neon lime/yellow blend.”
Some trims also gain a new drive mode selector with Rock, Sand, Mud, On-Road, and Hill Descent Control settings. Nissan said it “adjusts key vehicle characteristics to ensure Frontier drivers get the performance and capability they need in nearly any scenario.”
Power comes from a familiar 3.8-liter V6 engine that produces 310 hp (231 kW / 314 PS) and 281 lb-ft (381 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission, which can be paired to an optional four-wheel drive system.
