- Ford has brought back employee pricing for all.
- Customers can save on new 2025 and 2026 models.
- Mustang gets $2,307 discount, while Bronco is $1,943 off.
Ford is wrapping themselves in the American flag and celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary by bringing back employee pricing for all. The move is from the bottom of their hearts and has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that first quarter sales tumbled 8.8% to a mere 457,315 units.
In a meandering blog post seemingly written by a high schooler trying to hit a word count, Ford announced their new “American Value. For American Values” campaign. The patriotic-themed money grab aims to “provide the right value at the right time” as consumers can save on new 2025 and 2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles through July 6.

The automaker was too busy patting themselves on the back to go into specifics, but Ford and Lincoln have launched dedicated sections on their websites with employee pricing. Without further ado, we’ll mention the 2026 Mustang starts at $30,333 which is $2,307 below the typical starting price of $32,640.
The Bronco now begins at $38,552, which is a savings of $1,943. If that’s too much, the Bronco Sport starts at $29,763 for a reduction of $2,082.
Employee pricing for the 2026 F-150 begins at $34,412, while the Super Duty comes in at $41,495. The Mustang Mach-E is priced from $35,818, while Ford wants $50,646 for the 2025 F-150 Lightning, which is pretty steep for an electric zombie.
Steep Lincoln Discounts
Over at Lincoln, you can celebrate America by buying the Chinese-made Nautilus for $49,747. That’s a pretty considerable savings as the model typically starts at $53,995.
The Aviator now retails for $53,278, while the Navigator will set you back $84,555. On the latter model, employee pricing saves you $7,440.
Employee pricing is available at participating dealers and it still pays to shop around. That being said, if you’ve been thinking about buying a Ford or Lincoln, it might be worth taking a look.
