• Hyundai has introduced three new versions of the popular Tucson Hybrid.
  • New Night edition is based on the Limited and features gloss black accents.
  • SE and SEL trims gain new front-wheel drive variant that is $1,500 cheaper.

The Tucson is Hyundai’s best-selling vehicle and they’re expanding the lineup thanks to several new additions. This includes cheaper hybrids as well as a new Night edition.

Starting with the latter, Hyundai is embracing the blackout trend with the all-new 2026 Tucson Hybrid Night AWD. It’s based on the Limited trim and is notable for featuring a gloss black front fascia and a matching grille. They’re joined by gloss black mirror caps and window trim as well as black badging.

The Night will be available in three colors including Ash Black, Creamy White Pearl, and Ecotronic Gray. All come paired with a black headliner and 19-inch gloss black wheels with contrasting silver Hyundai logos.

Since it’s based on the Limited, the Night comes nicely equipped with LED lighting units, acoustic front glass, a panoramic sunroof, and a hands-free power liftgate. Buyers will also find a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a matching 12.3-inch infotainment system. Other amenities include heated and ventilated leather front seats, a leather-wrapped heated steering wheel, a dual-zone automatic climate control system, and an eight-speaker Bose premium audio system.

Pricing starts at $44,175, which includes a $1,600 destination fee. That’s a $500 premium over the Tucson Hybrid Limited and the model is now arriving at dealers.

New Front-Wheel Drive Hybrids

Elsewhere in the lineup, Hyundai has decided to add front-wheel drive versions of the SE and SEL Hybrids. This lowers the cost of entry as the 2026 Tucson Hybrid SE FWD starts at $32,550 including destination. That’s $1,500 less than the all-wheel drive variant.

Likewise, the Tucson Hybrid SEL FWD begins at $34,000. That too is a $1,500 saving versus the all-wheel drive model.
