• Larte Design has launched new color options for its upgraded G-Class.
  • Customers can order carbon fiber parts finished in any color they’d like.
  • Special two-tone finishes are available for the Mercedes-AMG G 63.

High-end models like those from Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, and Mercedes-Maybach look superb with classy, two-tone paint finishes, but as these photos show, not all cars look so nice with such striking paint finishes.

While the images you see are just detailed renderings, they preview the new ‘Colour Programme’ launched by Larte Design for the Mercedes-AMG G 63. Perhaps taking inspiration from some wild Mansory products we’ve seen over the years, they feature a two-tone turquoise-and-black paint scheme and colorful carbon fiber parts.

The tuner says it can develop any color that a client wants, and this example is apparently inspired by the livery used by the Mercedes-AMG Formula 1 team. Black is featured across the G-Wagen’s hood, rear quarter panels, and tailgate, whereas the rest of the exterior has a teal finish, including the lower portion of the front bumper, the front quarter panels, and parts of the doors.

Joining the painted teal parts are several exposed carbon fiber elements, also in the same color. This includes the spare wheel cover, the roof-mounted spoiler, the front splitter, and the rear diffuser. Arguably, the most striking part is the hood, which features standard black carbon fiber that fades into teal-colored carbon fiber.

The Mercedes has also been adorned with Larte’s Winner body kit. This means parts like the front and rear bumpers, wheel arches, and hood are a lot more aggressive than your typical G-Class. A set of aftermarket wheels with black and teal elements has also been added.

Buying a heavily customized G 63 like this doesn’t come cheap. The simplest Larte kit with 23-inch wheels costs €44,276 ($51,500) and can be customized with one color. Those seeking a custom color across the kit will need to pay at least €74,276 ($86,200), while getting a matching interior will jack up the price tag to at least €89,276 ($103,600). Crucially, these figures don’t include the price of the actual G 63, which can be supplied by the client or sourced by Larte.
