Forza Horizon 3 Getting Wintry Blizzard Mountain Update

Forza Horizon 3 is on the verge of receiving one of the most comprehensive expansion packages of any game in the Forza series.

Dropping on December 13 and dubbed the Blizzard Mountain expansion, it will add snow, ice, extreme elevations and blizzards, a first for a Forza game. Alongside the dramatic new weather conditions, the expansion will add eight new vehicles, including a number of amazing rally cars and off-roaders.

The new weather elements will be accessible through the King of the Mountain campaign. It adds more than 50 new events to the Australia-based game and incorporates hill climb, descent and ‘blizzard’ racing events. Also included will be an extreme sports snow park at ‘Blizzard Mountain’ and a barn find vehicle.

Of the eight new vehicles (excluding the barn find), they’ll be Ken Block’s Ford Focus RS RX from Gymkhana Nine, a 1975 Lancia Stratos HF Group 4, 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Group B, 2016 Subaru WRX STI rally car, 2016 RJ Anderson Polaris RZR-Rockstar Energy Pro 2 Truck, 2016 Nissan Titan Warrior Concept and a 1965 Ford F-100 Racing Trophy Truck.
