There will be a lot to see and talk about at the Honda and Acura stands at the upcoming Auto Shanghai 2013 in China next week (April 20 to 29), as the Japanese manufacturer has prepared a multitude of world premieres, beginning with the production versions of the Honda Concept C and S, both of which were displayed for the first time at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show last April.

Honda said it will “display models substantially identical to the mass-production versions” of the C mid-size sedan (pictured above) and S compact minivan, both of which are scheduled to be introduced to the market this year.

The C sedan is a middle-class sedan developed exclusively for the Chinese market, while the S minivan will be a global model that will be offered outside of China as well, with more details on availability to be released at the Shanghai Auto Show.

Honda also plans to exhibit an unnamed world premiere that it says, “shows the direction of an all-new model Honda will be introducing to the Chinese market in the future”, along with several cars from its Guangqi Honda and Dongfeng Honda joint-ventures.

The Japanese company’s premium arm Acura will be hold the world premiere of a new global concept model, which from the single rendering is revealed to be a crossover, as well as the China-market versions of the new RLX sedan and another appearance of the NSX study.
